  • Hey, thanks for reaching out & please accept my sincerest apologies for not responding anytime sooner (theres summer holidays took its toll — sorry)!

As for the problem you’re describing — yes, I’m am afraid that we had some problems with one of our databases app. 13 days ago, which caused some of our users to stop their desktop stats counter (or it reseted to zero). But I am clueless about that other problem you’re having with Google Analytics. I’m pretty sure our hands are clean in that case.

As for that problem of ours — we are still working on bringing those numbers back. But for the time being, I can only recommend you to deactivate this plugin and switch to our other related posts plugin, which is basically identical to the one you are already using. It’s called “WordPress Realted Posts”, it requires no new registrations what-so-ever, and should start counting your stats from the beginning.

As soon as I get the word from our engineers that this problem is solved, I’m gonna let you know, so that you can activate this plugin again. Hope this happens sooner than latter.

Let me know what you think or if you have any other questions — I’ll do my best to help you out!

Take care & have a nice day!
