Related Posts automatically appearing in Pop-up box | WordPress.org

I have been using WordPress Related Posts plugin for quite some time. One major problem is that the related posts section keeps appearing in pop-up boxes. When this happens, the pop-up box becomes really big and hideous. How do I solve this?
