I don’t use Yoast. What do you mean by Yoast score?
How are you adding the plugin to your post? Is it just the automatic install or via the block/shortcode?
What happens if you use the automatic option – Add Related Posts to setting in the plugins page.
When a post is written the Yoast plugin (https://yoast.com/) will show the color red, amber or green to indicate the SEO score.
When I finishing writing a post the score is green but, once I add this plugin via the block the score becomes amber and the Yoast Plugin can no longer pick up content from the post.
I tried using the automatic option and it does not disrupt the score but, I prefer to add it manually in a different postion. Any idea how to overcome this issue?

The block uses the server side render component as the plugin heavily relies on PHP to render the posts.
I’m not sure if that is the issue that’s causing this to breakdown or something else.
Is there a way to check with Yoast support on this issue?
Ok, thanks for explaining that. Makes sense.
I will check with Yoast too. Worst comes to worst I will use the automatic option instead. Thanks for your help and quick responses. 🙂
