Related Pages Plugin or Hack?

I’m curious as to if there is any kind of WordPress plugin to display related pages instead of posts?

I have the majority of my content as pages instead of posts and I’m looking to see if I can have something along the lines of how Amazon.com has for thier website – showing related products or “customers who bought such and such also bought these” put on specific (not all) pages of my site, based on keywords of the pages.

I have seen several WordPress plugins for related posts but none so far for related pages. If anyone knows how to easily modify these (I’m not experienced in PHP I just know enough to change around my theme a little and install some plugins) or if there is a plugin available that does this or something similar that I just can’t find for some reason on any of the WordPress plugin directories I would appreciate a point in the right direction very much.
