Related articles are not displayed

Hello.

I installed the plugin on one of my sites and it worked, but when installing the plugin on my second site (both have the same theme) the plugin does not work.

I already reinstalled the plugin and it didn’t work.

I already clicked reinstall the indexes and it didn’t work.

I already deleted the cache and it didn’t work.

I tried adding manually and also via shotcode and no options worked.

I checked “Display custom text” and nothing appears.
