• When you import it rejects about 10% of valid emails and there is no way to make it accept them. Not sure why…

    We’re sorry to hear that the plugin didn’t work as expected. In general, if an email is present in the import file and not already on your site, it should be imported without any issues. When that doesn’t happen, it’s often due to small formatting issues such as extra spaces, hidden characters, or invalid email formats that might not be immediately visible.
