 * Hallo, i dont use this Plugin now, but i plan to do!
    But i have a question –
   pre-selling, for what i cannot find infos in the documentation.
 * A customer can reject a Ticket/Booking – this means, he can cancel it whenever
   he want – also one minute before the event starts. Right?
 * Is it possible, to limit the rejection to e.g. one day or x hours before the
   event starts?
 * Next question – what is about a witing list?
    E.g. i have 20 Seats – i know,
   overbooking is possible – but if 21 had booked, an no one canceled – what about
   with the twentyfirst? Does a overbooked user gets a different Message tahn the
   others? And – if someone canceld does he get a message, that now he is inside
   the event … or what would be a solution? Or how to manage this automatically.
 * Thanks a lot
    Best regards FDE
 * Thanks for help.
    Best regards FDE

 * Hi,
 * Yes, each event – and each ticket – can be set with a booking cut-off date an
   time.
 * Sorry, there’s no support for a waiting list at the moment.
 * If you like, you can test drive the plugin here.

 * Thanks, i dont want to install it … first i have these important questions, before
   i buy.
 * For understanding the booking cut off: I have read in the documentation, that
   i can cut off selling tickets a time before the event starts – e.g. 6 hours.
   Nobody can byu a ticket in the last 6 hours befor event starts.
 * But if a ticket buyer – not all tickets are paid directly – wants to give the
   ticket back, wants to cancel, he should not make it one minute before the event
   starts – is it possible to set up, that a user can cancel it e.g. at least one
   day, or 24hours or like that, before.
    Like hotel booking – until 24h you can
   cancel without paying, cancel 24h hours or less before, you have to pay the fee.
   hop you can understand, what i mean.
 * Is there your plan in the near future to handle waiting list?
 * Or how is the function “overbooking” – what happened mith those customers, if
   no other will cancel – e.g. i have 20 seats, overbooked 1 = 21 …
 * thanks alot.
    Best regards

 * There’s currently no cancellation feature along the lines that you’ve described.
 * As far as I know, waiting lists aren’t a planned feature.
 * The link I gave allows you to try the plugin without needing to install anything.
