Is there a way we can also send a email notification if the email submission is rejected like when it was put on trash or deleted?

Do you mean a submission via the front-end form?

In the admin. Cause in the documentation the notification is only for approved submissions. http://prntscr.com/fdxgly

Is there a way we can easily send a notification if we are planning to reject the event submission?

Sorry, at the moment there’s no option to send an email if an event is rejected or trashed.
