    I want to reinsall the wordpress for that i have clear my old database 
   how to clear my old database. when i am installing i am getting this message.

   old database tables first.

 * You have to delete the database. You should have a panel at your web host for
   creating and deleting databases. Delete it. Wait a few seconds and create a new
   database with the same name
