 * Hello I had installed wp and all worked correct, then I did a backup of all (
   admin, content, includ and all files below wp) and a backup of my database and
   deleted all from cpanel, now I have restored all but it tell me error database
   stabilishinf. I have checked pass, username and data base and all correct. what
   is wrong? please help me

 * Have you reinstalled WordPress after deleting the existing one? If so, your MySQL
   database details must have changed. You need to set them correctly in your wp-
   config.php file.
