reinit after ajax

I’m loading some posts from other pages using ajax (just the article), and I can’t seem to fire the plugin for these posts (the quizzes work great on posts that are loaded with the page). The button doesn’t work. I’ve tried getScript after the load and various others ways of re-firing the plugin, but it doesn’t seem to be triggering anything. I also tried all of the ‘settings in case of problems’. If anyone has the place where I can hack and add .on or something I can call to re-init or maybe I am missing an easier solution… any help is appreciated! (unfortunately I can’t link as I am developing locally).
