Reindex never ends

    Hello Sir
    We just bought your search plugin. We previously had the free version.
    We removed the old and installed the new one.
    When clicking on “reindex” the percentage goes from 0 to 100% immediately and nothing happens.
    Please help. We have an eshop with 20.000 products that our client need to search.
