Regular reader’s comments keep getting flagged as spam

    A regular reader’s comments keep getting flagged as spam even after I’ve approved them 3–4 times. They’re clearly legit, no links, no weird patterns. Is there a way to permanently whitelist someone? Getting a bit tedious.

    Can you email us at support@akismet.com with your site URL and the reader’s username or email address? If you’ve previously approved their comments, it’s surprising that they would keep getting caught as spam.
