# Regular Price Problem

 * hello for I tried to refresh the product feed since I made changes on the prices
   but the new prices is not reflecting on the feed, any way to fix this?

 * Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.
 * When you make a change in your product prices and manually reprocess your product
   feed those new prices definitely should end-up in your feed. When they do not
   end-up in your feed than either your feed did not update or you are looking at
   a cached version of your feed.
 * Did you make sure to clear the caching of your browser and any 3th party caching
   plugin you might be using?

 * Ive disabled the caching plugin and opened the xml file on the fresh browser 
   but it’s still showing wrong numbers

    - The plugin debug.log **URL** so we can have a look at your feed configuration
      and if it updates properly? Instructions on how to retrieve the debug.log

    - The product feed URL itself
    - Provide us with some examples of product ID’s that can be found in your product
      feed URL for which you believe prices are wrong?

 * The prices are fine now, I dont know what happened but it’s showing the right
   price now

 * Probably caching, anyhow good to hear the issue at hand is solved.
