    Hello,

The auto coupon works perfectly but when using the regular coupons, it won’t work anymore. Is this a server-related issue or is there something similar to our case?

    Thanks,
    Cenemil

    Hi Cenemil,

Thank you for reporting this issue. If you are logged in as an admin, can you visit the cart and append ?troubleshoot to the URL? This will give you a readout for all coupons, including the reason the coupon is ineligible.

If this does not resolve your issue, please respond to this message and we can troubleshoot further.

    Thank you!

    Hello Rhett,

Thanks for responding. Yeah, so I tried the “?troubleshoot” debug and found out the notice list.

WELCOMEVIP – Eligible via manual entry.
Welcomeback – Eligible via manual entry or URL.

These 2 coupon codes must work when entered by customer on cart/checkout but it’s not being included in the calculation. It does say that the coupon was applied but same subtotal/total price.

    Hi Cenemil,
Thank you so much for this information. The Auto Coupons plugin won’t affect calculation or totals, it’s job is just to have it show up in the cart by URL-apply or auto-apply.

Once the coupon is present in the cart, the Auto Coupons job is done. The remaining part of the process for coupon application and calculation is done by WooCommerce. If the coupon shows up in the cart but is not calculating properly, I might recommend double checking the WooCommerce settings on each tab for the coupon. Including Coupons > Usage Restriction, and Coupons > Usage Limits.

I hope this helps. But if you find that the coupon does not show up in the cart at all, please let me know.

    Hello Rhett,

Alright, I added a new coupon code with no usage restrictions, no limits, just a fixed cart discount. It still doesn’t show up in the cart totals though it says coupon code has been applied.

    Hi Cenemil,
Thank you for your reply. Can you provide me with a link to your store’s checkout page and the coupon you are trying to use? You can also add an image to https://snipboard.io/ of the coupon settings.

    Try this product

    https://www.rovert.com.au/product/hunter-pacific-logic-ac-fan-motor-compatible-remote-control/

I’ll add a coupon code “test101” that has no restrictions.

    Hi Cenemil,
Ok great, I was able to see what you’re experiencing. Here’s a good way to determine if the Auto Coupons plugin is causing this conflict: Visit WordPress admin > Plugins, and deactivate Auto Coupons. If you visit the cart and apply the coupon now, does it work?

If the coupon applies successfully when Auto Coupons is deactivated, there is a conflict with the Auto Coupons plugin. If the issue remains, it could be a conflict with another plugin in the system. Let me know what you find, I am interested in resolving this with you.

Ok great, i’ll check if there’s a plugin causing conflict with Auto coupons. I’ll keep you posted. I really appreciate your time and effort.

Alright, i’ve deactivated Auto coupons plugin but the regular coupons won’t work at all. It could be conflict with other plugins. I’ll dig more on it.

lol, there is a filter hook in the theme file that removes coupon codes. I’ll talk to one of our devs about it. Sorry for the trouble Rhett.
