Regular clones of WordPress site for development

Is this possible? I’ve had a look but can’t find a plugin or method of regularly cloning a WordPress site that a development version of the site is always live.

Ideally, I could set it so that the site is cloned once a week, with the option to clone on demand too.

If anybody knows of a method I’d really appreciate the help!
