You need to adjust your event settings.

And also enable the other fields in your registration form settings.

Thanks a lot. Just another question: Onthe workshoppage there is e dat box. I like that but the place where the dat is is coloured blach.Can i change that. The same is for the button:aanmelden. Tht’s black also. I would also like to change that. Thanks in advance

Under Settings>Styling you will find a section to set Calendar Icon colours etc.
Under Settings>Registration you will find a section at the end for Form Styling / Submit Styling

Thanks again for your reply. I have 0ne other question. When registratingfor a workshop QEM show a butto, in my case with the text: aanmelden.
That button is black. Is itpossibel to change that colour?

But that comes only with the pro version?
Ah sorry my mistake.
In the pro version there is a form styling option.
In the free version you will have to revert to your own CSS
