Please know that using RegistrationMagic with ProfileGrid is completely optional. You can choose not to use it at all and just use ProfileGrid’s core registration forms instead.
ProfileGrid is currently only compatible with RegistrationMagic for advanced registration form customization. RegistrationMagic is one of the many plugins made by our team, just like ProfileGrid. It is completely secure and performance efficient. So rest assured you will not have any such issues using RegistrationMagic as our team keeps it updated to follow the latest security standards.

thanks for your reply. thing is I really like profilegrid but I need to customize the registration form but like mentioned I have some worries reading unanswered reviews where people stated some disadvantages regarding RegistrationMagic…

like I said I would really like to customize my forms but also want to avoid insecurity and plugins causing massive space.

This review is of an outdated version of RegistrationMagic, more than 3 years old. Since then, RegistrationMagic has been rebuilt from scratch and gone through phases of multiple code revamps and functionality upgrades. We recommend RegistrationMagic since we are planning to introduce more features and integration options in future.
