Registration verification email is not sent

    Hello, all the emails are sent, except this one … So it’s very annoying because I would like to activate the double optin to be able to send my emails to my prospects…

    Hi @admin0478,

    Are you referring to the “account is pending review” email?
    Can you please double check settings in Ultimate member -> Settings -> Emails and make sure this email is enabled.

    Have you turned on Require admin review in your user role settings?

    I am referring to the validation email of the email address and yes it is enabled in the settings and also in the user role

    Yes, I changed the English text to French in “Ultimate Member”, “settings”, “email”, (account activation email)
