# Registration shortcode not working?

 * Hi there,
 * First of all, great plugin. Second, I am having an issue with getting the registration
   page to show up for site guests. I’m still fairly new to WordPress so maybe I
   am missing something. [Here](http://ec2-54-173-53-101.compute-1.amazonaws.com/?page_id=69)
   is the page I am having trouble with. I do have the [usersultra_registration]
   shortcode in the body. I’m not sure what’s going on any help would be greatly
   appreciated.

 * Thanks for your message.
 * Ok.. did you add the shortcode by using the default HTML editor that comes with
   WordPress? Or are you adding the shortcode directly within the php file?

 * Hey Alex,
 * I attempted to use Page Builder at first. After no success I attempted to use
   the the default editor. It seems to work fine when I am logged into a pre-created
   account but if I access my site from a different browser or another device, none
   of the shortcodes appear to be working.
