Registration Plugin W/Upload File Feature

I am looking for a paid registration plugin where registered users can upload files (images, PDFs, etc…) on certain pages which only he or she can view when logged in. Also for organizational purposes, users can create and label tabs. For example, a user wants to add floor plans for “room 1” of their building. They would then go onto the floor plan page, add a tab for room 1 and then upload and name whichever file they want to the room 1 tab.
