I am new to tis so please excuse if basic info.

    I have a site and I link this to a reseller for registration. Everytime I try to do a registration I get an error message – We have encountered a problem while executing your request. Please contact support for assistance.

    When I check the HTML it appears to have added in some extra code as below:

    Register – Get your 14 Day Free Trial : Motive Monitoring

    – appears several times within the page source code as well as extra code in the URL link used to connect to the resller site, see below –

Register – Get your 14 Day Free Trial

    Choose a plan
    Professional
    Enterprise

//
    function setReg() {
    	var dropE = document.getElementById("regType");
    	var regType = dropE.options[dropE.selectedIndex].value;
    	if (regType == 1) {
    		document.getElementById("regFrame").src = ""
    	else if (regType == 2) {
    		document.getElementById("regFrame").src = ""

    It has added in & into the line of code

    I have tried removing them in WP and then republishing the page but it still does it again when you try to register.

    I could REALLY do with help resolving this as it is stopping my business from running

    Many thanks in advance
