  • Hi Rodrigo,

Is it a problem just when you activate the rename login page functionality or when the plugin is activated generally?

    Hi @vupdraft,

This issue only happens when the login page rename functionality is enabled. If I disable this functionality, accessing the registration page (/wp-signup.php) works normally.

    Thank you!

    Hi,
Thanks for that, what plugin are you using to manage your users/forums/registration?

    (@vejapixel)

Hi! I don’t use any plugin for this. The management is done by the WordPress system itself.

Would you be able to disable all of your other plugins and see if the issues persists?

I disabled all plugins, including the theme, but still the problem (error 404) remains. This shows that the problem is really with the AIOWP plugin.

I am just checking in with one of developers to see if they have any thoughts.

    OK thank you. I’m waiting.

@vejapixel @vupdraft You should use the URL mysite.com/?custom-name&action=register instead of mysite.com/?custom-name&action=register for login. You should use “?” symbol before the custom-name word in the URL.

    Thank You.

    Hello @pmbaldha

You specified the URL mysite.com/?custom-name&action=register twice.
If that URL is the correct one, then it doesn’t work. When trying to access, I am redirected to Home.

The URL to the password recovery page works: /custom-name/?action=lostpassword
    But /custom-name/?action=register doesn’t work.

    Hello @vejapixel,

Sorry for the URL confusion. I have meaning to use the URL ?custom-name&action=register.

In my test environment, Both Register and Login are working fine.

It looks like another third-party plugin is conflicting. May I know you have installed and activated a plugin related to the 404 error or registration?

    Thank You.

    (@vejapixel)

    Hi @pmbaldha

I haven’t installed any plugin related to the 404 error or registration.
I even did the test by disabling all plugins except the All In One WP plugin, and I even disabled my site’s theme, but the problem continued. So it can’t be plugin conflict.
And the registration page only accesses when I disable the All In One WP plugin.

It must be some All In One WP feature that is causing this, but I’ve already looked at everything and I don’t know what else to do.

    Thank you!

Can you check wether you have your permalink settings set to “plain”
If that’s the case then your hidden login URL will have a different format:
    yoursite.com/?xyz
