  • I have a freelancer who has created a pop up Registration form. Problem: Without entering any info in, if you just click Register at the end, the form disappears, there’s no registration and it gives another pop up saying “New User Registration” with a “0” underneath. Also in the log in pop up, there’s “Lost Password” which when you click it, there is meant to be text saying “enter username or email address” and when you click on it there’s no such text…there is just the field. Now the freelancer is adamant that the Lost Password text is there when tested on devices in India and USA – but in Australia where I am, it’s not showing. He also says that the Register page works fine for him on many devices in India but it doesn’t work here in Australia. He keeps telling me to clean cache and cookies which I have done on firefox, ie and chrome as well as mobile devices and I have also had 3 different people in Australia look on their devices who have never been to my site before. The site is http://www.inthemarket.com.au and I would really appreciate any help with this. Thank you.
