Customers who register on the My Account page end up with an account with no first or last name, because after they click “Register” they are taken directly to their dashboard. This makes it difficult to find their account in the Admin area. Is there a way to require new accounts to have a first and last name, like during checkout?

Use WooCommerce with Storefront theme. Allow customers to create an account on the “My Account” page is enabled. The My Account page uses the standard [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @whitmason ,

WooCommerce uses WordPress’s default account signup feature, and that feature only requires email and password to create an account, so out of the box, WooCommerce does not have a way to include first and last names as well on the registration form.

You can, however, use the Custom User Registration Fields for WooCommerce extension to include custom fields like first and last name in the registration form on the My Account page: https://woocommerce.com/products/custom-user-registration-fields-for-woocommerce/
