I’ve got a page with my registration forms on it. I’m using the shortcodes below:

    [register redirect_page=”http://www.mysite.com.br/edit-profile/”%5D

When I try to register someone, this message appears : “No files have been uploaded”. I tried to register in the back-door and occurred the same thing. This thing happened after I added other fields.

    Any ideas why?

    Hi alancr01,

If you are using only [register] shortcode without any argument. Does it work or it is also shows msg. Can you check as well it is actually saving user information or not in User tab.

Since the latest update (javascript) I can no longer add a user or edit an existing one in the admin. All was working prior to the upgrade

    Hi blade,

We’ve tested numerous times with the new version and we are able to create and edit users in the admin. When you say you can’t edit a user, do you mean that nothing happens, when you go the “Users” tab and click on a user? Or that none of the changes are saved when you click the “Edit User” button? Some other behaviour? Does it tell you the changes have been saved? Does it give some other kind of error message?

Sadly I can’t create/save a client in admin nor can I save changes made to an existing user through admin. This also happens for the user wishing to create or edit their profile

Did you update any other plugins or your theme as well? Or install any new plugins? If you deactivate all other plugins, does it make a difference?

The problem is a user registering. After initial registration they can enter and Update their profile but it doesn’t write to the database. The same applies to admin. No change to systems or plugins. The only update was the one from yourselves that included the script.

    Hi blade,

In that case, if you downgrade to the previous version of our plugin, does the saving start to work again?

Do you happen to have some kind of caching plugin installed in your WordPress? If so, does deactivating it make a difference? If so, then see if that plugin has some kind of cache clearing functionality.
