registration modal doesn’t close automatically

    I realize that after the last plugin update (PRO v1.5), the registration modal can no longer close by itself after a successful registration. Is it normal?

    I am using an Ultimate Member integrated registration form.

    Hi,

    Probably you have to set up page reload or redirect in Plugin settings – Actions tab.

    I have setup to “Email verification” for page redirect as “Action after registration”.

    The successful Registration message shows up but the modal won’t close.

    You mean “Email verification PRO”?

    “Action after registration” will be triggered when user will click on the “Verification link” in the “Verification email”.

    Yes, that is what happened. But the popup does not close, it used show the message “Check your email to activate the account”, then the popup will close by itself in previous version.

    Maybe, but I think user should read a message and close himself.
    So it’s looks logical.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
