    Hi Jim.

    I just realized that you are using the Pro. Please let’s use the Events Planner Support portal for future correspondence. This forum is for the lite version.

    I am wondering if you did not select a Shortcode Page in EP > Settings > General tab > Shortcode Page dropdown. Please email me temp admin login details and I will gladly check it out.

    I appreciate the help. I have the page showing up now.

    The problem I’m having now is being able to select dates. Can’t see what I’m doing wrong. When I click confirm and continue to paypal it errors but there’s no way to select the dates.

    Hi Jim.

    Please use this email form. As a Pro member, after you login, there is a button that automatically logs you into the support portal so that you don’t have to enter your name and email every time.
