Registration form to participants page

Hello,

I would like to inquire if anyone knows a plugin that would build a paricipants database by public form submission, allow an admin to validate and then publish the paricipants to a publicly available wp page (preferably segmenting the participants in titled pargraphs by 1 criteria).
