registration form problems

    Hi

    I have a online shop using wordpress + woocomerce, all work right except the registration form for new clients. when I fill the fields (user,name, pass) and press “continue” the page reloads the same page and do not register the new user

    I dont receive email and in the user table of wordpress dashboard no show the new user

    What is the setting at Admin page > WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts tab > My Account page, does the dropdown say “finalizar-comprar”?

    I see that Pagina de me Cuenta is set to “My Account”. You do have a My Account page but it looks like it is only for returning customers to log in.

    Your page that is for both returning and new customers is called “Finalizer Comprar”, so that should be the setting for Pagina de me Cuenta. If this works, then the “My Account” page won’t work any more and the “Entrar” link in the top bar needs to be relinked to “Finalizer Comprar”.

    I’m sorry I’m guessing a bit because your site has this non-standard arrangement of two my-account pages. Usually there is only one. This is a feature of your theme, and if you can’t get it working, check the theme documentation or seek better advice from the theme vendor.

    wordpress.org forum members don’t have access to this theme so can only offer general advice.
