Registration Form not working

    Our form manager allows customers to register with our business, but for the past week some new registrants aren’t being recorded.
    Customers will call us and ask if it had worked and when we find that we do not have them in our system, we ask them to register again and sometimes it will work, sometimes not. We harvest the names from the WordPress admin page
    FORMS>EDIT.SUBMISSION DATA>DATE RANGE>UPDATE>DOWNLOAD DATA
