Support » Plugin: Simple Membership » Registration Form Not Accessible After Sign Up

I have set the registration page to be protected. I only want this page to be accessible to a member after they have made a payment to access the premium content.

When running this test, I can make the payment successfully and I receive the confirmation email with the unique link to sign up. I notice the ID parameter in the unique URL match the ID for the configured membership level.

I would assume that with this being the case, clicking on the link would allow me to access the protected registration form. However, I receive the message that the page is protected and I must join to access the page.

The “test” member is signed up and I see that user in the “members” list with the correct ID. Why would the registration page still be blocked when they meet the requirements for this membership level?

Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you!

I do have this plugin installed. I was referring to a new user registering for the first time. I was wondering how I could redirect them to the login page after they submit their registration.

Currently that is only possible with the Form Builder add-on.

If I understand correctly, that Form Builder add-on you gave me the link to earlier will also work with new users registering on the site?

Currently if a user were to register on my site, after filling out the form, the registration page is blank after clicking submit. They are still receiving the confirmation email that they have registered, which is good.

At the very least, after a user submits the registration form, I would like to be able to supply a success message on the page if that’s possible and tell them to check their email. Is this possible?

This is the link for the Form Builder add-on.

Instead of using the Form Builder add-on to do a redirection after the user registers, can I create a success message in the code myself?

Currently, after a user fills out the registration form and click submits, the form just disappears afterwards with no success message, but the user would still be on the registration page even with the form no longer visible after submitting.

Hi, sorry about this. I forgot that someone had already asked this question before. Please check the following support thread. There is a function you can implement.
