# registration form doesnt work

 * Hello,
   I’am using 3 different types of registration forms for 3 different user
   roles, for example:
 * [wppb-register role=”user”]
   [wppb-register role=”vip”][wppb-register role=”preuser”]
 * For example if i want to register as user with role vip, it does register user
   as user. By basic is set in wordpress Subscriber.
 * Plugin doesn’t allow to user more than one register shortcode?

 * Please make sure that inside the _role=” “_ attribute you’ve added the **User
   Role slug** associated with the role you want to use. To check the Role slug 
   of your already existing user roles, go to Dashboard -> Profile Builder -> Settings-
   > General Settings -> and enable the “Roles Editor” setting.
   ​​Now if go to the
   Dashboard -> Profile Builder -> Roles Editor -> you will be able to find the 
   Role slug of your user roles in the Role Slug column. Again, you will need to
   add that role slug inside the _role=” “_ attribute from the PB Register shortcode(
   ex: _[wppb-register role=”your\_user\_role\_slug”]_).​Note: You can read more

 * Everything was set even before you wrote this, i did double check, yet, still
   same result – [https://ibb.co/ZmQ41TH](https://ibb.co/ZmQ41TH)
    - in screenshot i did notice i did copy twice same shortcode, that’s not the
      issue.

 * Please try using only one registration shortcode on the page and check if you
   still encounter this issue.
 * Also, I want to mention that in case you want to let your users choose what user
   role to receive, then you can use the Select (User Role) field inside your Registration
