Registration form background color doesn't change

    The registration form background color doesn’t change to the color set by the customizer. All other styles carried over but this one didn’t. I added this to the Custom CSS box to get it to match the login form.

    #registerform {background-color: #1E73BE !important;}

    Is the plugin missing the output of the style for #registerform?
