 * I own the Pro version and I like to know how can I create a registration form
   where I can select certain user-type/role for that registration.

 * We do not have role-assignment with our forms. It can be viewed and submitted
   by everyone, or it can be included within a private page (thus keeping up the
   role of only logged in user visibility) or have a password-protected page display(
   for only those who know the password). Thank you.

 * Sorry for the misunderstanding. We have WordPress Registration addon. If you 
   have Pro version Form Maker you can purchase the add-on in our site from Form
   Maker Addons section and get the integration. It will allow changing the roles
   within settings section. Thank you.
