    Hi – I’m trying to set up the BruteGuard plugin on one of my domains. I entered a valid email address com and clicked on the ‘Get Protected’ button. All I get is a message saying ‘There was an error processing your request!’. It is a real email address (a forwarder) and I copied and pasted the email address to make sure there are no typos.

    I then went to your website and tried to send you a message via the contact form on your site. I entered the message, ticked the ‘I am human’ box, then clicked send. All I get is a message saying ‘There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.’

    I like the idea of this plugin, but at the moment it just does not work (and neither does your web site). Any chance you can fix it? It’s a great idea for a plugin and I’d love to use it.

    I tried to register using the link you provided. I never received the email containing the password. I left it a few minutes and then used the ‘forgotten password’ option. Still never received an email from your site.

    NOTE – the email I’m using to register on your site is a completely different email address from the one I used when trying to register the plugin after I installed it. I get dozens of emails arriving at this address every day (including today). And yes, I checked spam as well. The issue definitely isn’t with my email address. There seems to be a serious issue with registering anything on your site, whether through the plugin, or directly at your site.

    You seem to have marked this problem as resolved. As I still have the exact same issues that I had when I opened the ticket how can this be resolved? The plugin doesn’t work and neither does the registration on your website!

    If you think that this is resolved then I’m happy to leave a review based on my experience of using the plugin.
