Hi @lubimow,
Could you please clarify if you’ve completed the setup or if you’re on the first step of the setup screen? Please provide me with a screenshot so that I can see what you are describing.
Hi @lubimow,
To confirm, it doesn’t move to the next step if you click “Connect” here: https://d.pr/i/fDbvXf
Is that correct?
If that’s the case, from your site dashboard if you go to Marketing > Pinterest, does it show the setup option or you’re seeing other options such as Catalog, Settings, and Connection?
In the marketing menu, I go to the Pinterest page. There, the “Get your products in front of more than 400M people on Pinterest” page opens. I click Get Started and it opens to “Set up your business account”.
After clicking connect and connecting Woo to Pinterest, nothing happens
Hi there,
Please check if a conflict is preventing the setup from moving to the next step. Also, check if there are any errors in the browser console and share it with us.
Lastly, share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Download for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please upload to quickforget.com and share the link here.
I have deactivated the plugins – the problem repeats. There are no errors in the console

Hi there,
We’ll need to take a deeper look at this issue. Please contact us at Woo.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done. We will be able to help you further there.
This issue was resolved by setting the store’s currency and country to a Pinterest shopping supported location. (8049644-zen)
