# Registration Disabled

 * I have a registration page that puts forth my privacy policy and provised a link
   to register:
 * [http://www.mtmnews.com/register/](http://www.mtmnews.com/register/)
 * When I click on the link I get the following error:
 * User registration is currently not allowed.
 * I’ve checked everywhere I can think of in the admin panel and can’t seem to find
   out why this is happening.
 * I do have the following registration-related plug-ins installed:
 * – Register Plus (v 3.5.1)
    – Subscribe2 (v 4.13)
 * But have tried disabling these and re-enabling them without any success. Am I
   missing something?

 * Hi, you need to go to general settings and check the box for membership, anyone
   can register.
