# Registration deadline issues

 * Hello,
 * I created an event with start-date 2020, 11th December and end-date 2021, 5th
   June.
    The registration deadline is set at 2021, 27th January.
 * I expected to see the “Registration has been closed” pop-up, but the registration
   button keeps showing on the single event page. See: [https://imgur.com/2vYM3Ht](https://imgur.com/2vYM3Ht)
 * What am I doing wrong?
 * I also want to remove the note about sending email using Webmail. How can I do
   that?

 * Sorry, another question: is it possible to display events of a specific category?
   
   I tried with the shortcode [events selected_category=”CategoryName”] but nothing
   happened.

 * Hello,
    I’m really sorry for the late response.
 * I’ve just bought the Registration add-on, but I’m still having some issues with
   events.
 * I tried to fill up the attendee form and check-in their registration, but I didn’t
   receive any Organizer or Attendee Notification.
 * I think it depends on the fact that the Organizer field is missing in the Event
   Page.
 * Is it just a bug or do I have to add it through the Field editor?
    If so, what
   kind of settings I have to use?
