 * Does anybody know or might give me some hints for programming a plugin that allows
   me to decide whether a reader who signs up will be allowed to be a member? So
   that I get an email when somebody signs up, with two links in it, to either decline
   or to authorize the membership. An alternative would be a panel in the administration
   section…
 * I would REALLY appreciate it. Thanks for anything halfway helpful.
