Registration blocked but no error message for legit users

Hello,
It seems WordPress Registration is getting blocked for my own IP as well as for other legit users, no error message gets shown. If a registration is blocked then some error message should be displayed, otherwise legit users don’t know whats happening. Our site has free courses and people will not bother to contact us if they are not able to register, they will simply pass.

We have made some changes could you please check it?
Please, reinstall the plugin. ( Download link: https://github.com/CleanTalk/wordpress-antispam/releases/download/fix-version/cleantalk-spam-protect.zip )
Here is a guide for you:
- Go to WordPress Administrator Panel —> Plugins.
- Find the plugin “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” —> Deactivate.
- After the automatic page refreshing find the plugin again “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” —> Delete. Confirm “Yes, delete these files”.
- Download the plugin archive from the link above.
- Go to Plugins —> Add New —> Upload Plugin.
- Choose the downloaded archive and press “Install Now”.

Hi,
Reinstalled the plugin but now some legit users are getting an error message “Forbidden. You sent forms too often”. But even after waiting the same message is displayed.

Did you set the Ser cookie option to Off here:
WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings
We also recommend clearing your website caches.
We’ve released the fixed version 6.9.1. If your current 6.9-fix version works well then you can skip this update.
If you still have any issues you can update to the 6.9.1 version. The guide is here:

Don’t forget to refresh your website cache after all these steps if you use any.
Users are still having problems after the fix, I just now set the Cookies option to Off, lets see if the problems stop now. I don’t use a Caching plugin.
