 * Hi,
    I’m quite new to the wordpress world and still trying to figure some basic
   stuff out, & i was wondering if its possible to create a user registration system
   in my site. so that user would be able to sign up to my site & login. if it is
   possible than how?

 * WordPress has a basic user management system already. In settings > general there
   is a “Membership” heading, and you can tick “Anyone can register”.
 * You can take a look at some user management plugins to expand the functionality.
