# Registering

 * Hi,
    Under settings > general I have checked the boxs under membership, but I
   do not have a register and login link available for my guests anywhere on my 
   blog. Is there more to it than just putting a check mark in those 2 boxes? If
   so… Anybody know how I can get my register/login links to appear?

 * if your theme doesnt have the info to login/register you may need to add it.
 * Look at how the 2 themes that are included in the zip handle that:
 *     ```
       <?php wp_register(); ?>
       <?php wp_loginout(); ?>
       ```

 * Thanks for the reply whooami. Is there a standard, or a preffered placement, 
   for these tags on a blog?
