# Registered Users creating posts?

 * How do I allow registered users create and post their posts on my blog?
   Isn’t
   something that should be allowed using Yes or No buttons?

 * Thanks for using Ignite!
 * Most likely, this means the registered users have the Subscriber [user role](https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/roles-and-capabilities/).
   You can visit the User Roles menu and upgrade their role to Contributor, Author,
   or Editor if you’d like to give them the ability to publish their own posts.

   I changed all the user roles to Author and 
   we’ll see how it goes.

 * A user has created a new post so it appears that this feature is now functioning.
   However… I added a comment to this post but there was no toggle block functioning
   available in order to insert hyperlinks. ???

 * Glad to hear that’s working for you so far.
 * The default comment form only accepts plain text for security and spam protection
   reasons. However, there are ways you can make the comments more robust.
