# Registered Handler error

 * Hi there,
 * When I test the FB Messenger icon on your demo page (with desktop Google Chrome),
   it works fine. It pulls up the online Messenger page.
 * However, on our site, it pulls up nothing. I see in the browser console the following
   error:
 * >  Failed to launch ‘intent://user/106073525003042/?intent_trigger=mme&nav=discover#
   > Intent;scheme=fb-messenger;package=com.facebook.orca;end’ because the scheme
   > does not have a registered handler.
 * This is occurring in Google Chrome browser. It works fine on Safari.
 * Any suggestions why this would occur?
