register widget / configure

I know I’m missing something obvious here…

Am attempting to make use of a widget area in the storefront theme.

When I’m clicking on the target list, there is no Above Footer as seen in the documentation here: https://dev.institute/blog/design-insert-widget-areas-content-aware-sidebars-3-7/
