I’m seeing the following error in the admin when editing pages. Any ideas?

WP_Block_Type_Registry::register was called incorrectly. Block type “insert-pages/block” is already registered. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 5.0.0.) in /var/www/vhosts/DOMAIN.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5167

Hm, I can’t get this warning to trigger in any of my environments. Are you on the latest version of the plugin?

Can you provide some more details:
* Plugin version
* WordPress version
* Gutenberg editor or Classic editor
* Other active plugins, especially “builder” plugins

Another user reported this and provided details, looks like it was a conflict with another plugin:

A fix has been released and will be included in the next version.
