# Register users through contact form

 * Hi!
 * I would like to know how could I create a user account using the contact form,
   so that when someone sended an issue through it, he/she would recieve an email
   with:
    - The account confirmation link
    - The ticket with the problem
 * So that I could assign the problem to that account, and let only THAT user check
   the status of it’s tickets. And also, if he/she already have an account (no matter
   if it is logged in or not) just send the ticket and not create the account.

 * You need to use a contact form through a plugin that allows registration. See
   [https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/registration+form](https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/registration+form).
   My favorite is “Formidable”.
