 * 3 of 26 registrants were unable to register and were told the following:
 * First try: **You have been restricted from registering at this site.
    
   
    Second
   try: The email address you entered has been banned from registering at this site.
 * Any idea how to fix this? I have had the users try different email addys and 
   different machines, but there is no change. Is there a blacklist I can access
   and edit? A whitelist?
