# Register not working/allowed?

 * I am trying to allow users to register for an account- but when I go to the register
   link, it shows an error message that registration is not allowed- I do not see
   a setting that sets if registration is allowed. I currently have it set to new
   registers are required to be approved by an admin but that should be it.
